Send Again — Support

Help for the Send Again iOS app, keyboard, and widget.

What is Send Again?

Send Again lets you save short lines you type often and insert them with one tap from a custom keyboard — or copy them from an optional home-screen widget. Ranking is based on when you actually use each message, not on a schedule you set.

Set up the keyboard

1. Open the Send Again app and save at least one message.
2. iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard… → Send Again.
3. Tap Send Again in the list and turn on Allow Full Access.
4. In any app with a text field, tap the globe key and choose Send Again, then tap a message to insert it.

Why Full Access?

iOS requires Full Access so a custom keyboard can read the shared App Group where your saved messages live. Send Again uses this only to show your list and record when you insert a message. It does not send your typing from other apps to a server. Details: Privacy Policy.

Empty keyboard?

• Confirm Full Access is on for Send Again under Keyboards.
• Confirm you have saved messages in the main app.
• Force-quit the host app (Messages, WhatsApp, etc.) and try again.

Home-screen widget

Long-press the Home Screen → + → search Send Again → add the widget. Tap Copy on a suggestion, then paste in your chat. The widget can work even if you prefer not to grant the keyboard Full Access.
