Inner Climate reads your sleep, light, movement, and felt sense, and tells you what kind of day your body is actually having โ before the afternoon explains it to you.
No scores. No streaks. Nothing to win. Everything stays on your iPhone.
Most health apps hand you a number and leave you to interpret it. Inner Climate does the opposite. It reads what is already happening โ how you slept, whether you met the light, what your heart rate variability is doing, where the tension sits in your body โ and gives you one honest sentence about today.
Then it names one small thing that would help. Not twenty. One.
Five and a half hours of sleep and late light last night? Expect gathering wind around three. Protect two to four.
After a fortnight it stops scoring you against eight hours and a stranger, and starts scoring you against you.
Each afternoon it checks its own forecast against your experience, and corrects itself when it was wrong.
On an open day it does not suggest optimising anything. It suggests noticing that the day is open.
Your day resolves to one of these. It is a description, not a verdict.
With your permission, Inner Climate reads a small, specific set of data from Apple Health. It never writes anything back.
Health data is optional. Without it the app still works โ it just relies on what you remember to type.
Inner Climate has no account, no server, and no analytics. It contains no networking code at all โ there is nowhere for your data to go, by construction rather than by promise.
Delete the app and the record is gone with it. Read the full privacy policy.
Inner Climate is a self-awareness instrument. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician, and it is not a crisis service.
