What we store on your device
The app keeps game progress in on-device settings: campaign stars, best move counts, Classic high score, custom levels you create, daily-challenge results, and options such as theme, sound, and colour-blind marks.
iCloud (optional)
If you are signed into iCloud, Coilout can copy that progress to Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store so it follows you to another iPhone. We do not run our own servers for this. You can turn iCloud off in iOS Settings. Signing out of iCloud stops new sync.
Game Center (optional)
If you sign into Game Center, Apple may show your Game Center name on leaderboards and record achievements. That data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. The game works without Game Center.
Link Cable (optional)
Link Cable uses Bluetooth or your local Wi-Fi so two nearby iPhones can play Classic Snake together. Moves are sent only to the other phone. We do not collect those sessions.
What we do not do
- No advertising SDK
- No analytics SDK
- No account you create with us
- No sale of personal data
- No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites
Children
Coilout is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
